In doing so, we rely on different suppliers who are distributed throughout Germany. This enables us to deliver an extensive range of products in the shortest possible time and always offer the best prices. We guarantee original goods in perfect condition. We do not sell expired goods or returns unless they are specifically labelled as such.
If you order by 12 noon, the goods will leave the warehouse on the same day and be dispatched to you. Due to the different suppliers, we can’t offer a pickup service.

Should you nevertheless have a reason for complaint, we will find a quick and unbureaucratic solution by either refunding the item or sending you a replacement immediately.
